Construction Update - 09/30/2019

Progress continues on the upgrade of the storm sewer system on the west end of the trail: this past week construction crews placed concrete for the footing of the new headwall at the mouth of Klingle Creek. A section of the existing storm pipe has been removed and a new, larger 54-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe installed to replace it. Precast concrete sections for a new manhole (one of two to be constructed as part of this work) were delivered to site at the end of the week.
